农村微小企业融资生态及困境探析—基于安徽叶集改革发展实验区微小企业的思考

摘要
微小企业已经成为促进经济增长和发展的重要推动力，尤其在我国广大农村，微小企业更是肩负着吸纳农村剩余劳动力、维护农村稳定和促进农村经济发展的重要使命。然而，自微小企业出现以来就有融资难的问题。目前，关于微小企业融资分析多包含在中小企业融资问题的研究中，本文把微小企业从中小企业中剥离出来，单独进行论述，并将研究口径限定于农村地区，通过对农村微小企业概念的探讨、结合安徽省叶集改革发展实验区微小企业的实例，分析造成农村微小企业融资困难的原因，提出发展微风投、微贷，规范民间金融等具有农村经济发展特色的措施，探索解决微小企业融资困境的办法。

The study on financing environment and difficulties of rural micro-enterprises—Based on the analysis of micro-enterprises in Anhui yeji reform and development area
Abstract
Micro-enterprises have been the significant impetus of economic growth, especially in the vast rural areas. Micro-enterprises also shoulder the responsibilities of absorbing rural surplus labor force, keeping the rural peace and stability and promoting the economic growth. However, there are kinds of financing problems since the micro-enterprises appeared.  At present, the analysis on micro-enterprises financing are mostly include in the medium and small enterprise. This paper strips the micro-enterprise out of the medium and small enterprise, and discusses it separately. This paper focuses on the micro-enterprise in rural areas, and searches for the ways to solve the financing difficulties based on discussing the concept of rural micro-enterprise, and analyzing the reasons of financing difficulties in Anhui province, then it comes to a conclusion that the appropriate ways to solve the rural micro-enterprise financing, such as developing micro-venture capital and informal finance, etc.
