低碳经济与绿色会计研究

本文从我国低碳经济和绿色会计的现状出发，尝试通过分析实施低碳经济的必要性，低碳经济对绿色会计的要求，及绿色会计实施在我国现存在的制约问题和不完善的地方，由此提出解决绿色会计实施问题的建议及对策，促使绿色会计在我国更快、更好的实施，推动低碳经济的发展，以实现经济、社会、人与自然的和谐发展。

Study of Low-Carbon Economy and Green Accounting
ABSTRACT
This thesis proceeding from the status of China's low carbon economy and green accounting, try to implement a low carbon economy by analyzing the necessity of low-carbon economy on green accounting and green accounting implementation in our country existing in the constraints and imperfect place. Then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of green accounting implementation for promoting the implementation of green accounting in China faster and better, promoting the development of a low carbon economy in order to achieve the harmonious development of economic, social, human and natural.
