网络信息共享中的Copyleft思潮

摘  要：网络信息共享在信息社会的地位显得越来越重要，而信息能否自由传播则关系到信息是否进行了有效传播。日新月异的网络技术在不断地夯实着网络信息共享的物质条件，然而在版权制度下所形成的网络信息垄断却极大地限制了网络信息传播的范围。对于传播者而言，保护自己的权利是为了经济效益；对于受众而言，信息的自由传播攸关公共利益。这种矛盾在当下并不能实现完好的平衡，导致网络信息传播受阻。两者都各有其合理性，我们必须找到一个合理的度，使其相得益彰。Copyleft紧紧跟随着网络发展的步伐，其影响力逐渐从软件领域扩展至其他领域，它的巧妙就在于依靠现存的制度构建一个具有法律约束力的自由的网络信息共享规则，最大程度地保证传播者与受众的利益。本文将通过关注网络信息共享与Copyleft的最新发展态势，提出网络信息共享存在的信息传播阻碍的问题，分析问题产生的原因，并试图依靠Copyleft的传播思路来解决这一问题。希望Copyleft思潮以及信息自由思想能引起足够的重视，建立共享的网络信息传播体系，保证网络信息的自由传播的实现。

Abstract: The Internet information sharing in the information society has become increasingly important, and whether the free flow of information can be carried out is related to the effective dissemination of information. The consistent change of Internet technology   reinforce the material condition of Internet information sharing, but the Internet information monopoly under the copyright system massively limit the scope of  Internet information dissemination. For disseminator, the protection of their rights is for economic benefits,while when it comes to the audience's concern, the free dissemination of information is relevant to public interest.This contradiction can’t be solved currently and achieve well-balance, leading to the obstruction of Internet information dissemination. Since both have their own rationality, we must find a reasonable degree, to complement each other. Copyleft keeps pace with the network development,and its influence gradually extends to other areas from the area of software. It's clever to rely on the law  to build a legally binding rules of free information sharing network,  thus ensuring the maximum degree of disseminator's and the audience's interests. This article will focus on the latest trend of Copyleft and informationsharing , raise a problem about the existence of information-sharing obstacles for Internet information  dissemination,analyze the causes of the problem and try to rely on the idea of Copyleft to solve this problem. Hoping that the surge thought of Copyleft and information freedom can draw enough attention, promoting the establishment of a shared Internet information dissemination system to ensure the implementation of Internet information free flow.
