摘要
本设计根据学校规定,是大学生毕业时所必须完成的毕业设计,其题目为“高速剪切机构三维造型设计及运动模拟” ,是哈尔滨博深实业有限公司委托的横向课题,它属于纯机械类设计。
本设计针对高速剪切装置的特点,对整个机构以及剪切原理加以说明,并详细叙述了该剪切装置的设计过程。本设计根据高速剪切理论并结合裂纹技术设计一种高效率,结构简单,性能可靠的剪切装置,同时,对定时定距送料系统和上料结构控制结构进行分析。设备利用高速剪切结合裂纹技术的新型下料方法对预制裂纹的棒料进行剪切下料,具有工作效率高,工作可靠,能耗低,结构简单,控制灵活等特点,能广泛应用于实际生产中。
Unigraphics NX是现阶段应用比较广泛的三维软件,它不仅有强大的实体造型、曲面造型、虚拟装配和生成工程图的模块功能,还可以在设计过程中进行有限元分析、动力学分析和仿真模拟,提高了设计的可靠性。
由于时间和设计者的知识和技术水平有限,叙述的不够全面和具体,难免有错误之处,在此感谢各位老师给予的批评和指正。

Abstract
According to the stipulation of school, the graduation project, which topic is” the design of three dimensional modeling design and movement simulation of the high speed shear equipments”, must be accomplished when undergraduates are going to graduate. It is a pure machine design and a crosswise topic which Harbin BoSheng industry Limited company entrusts.
This design aims at the characteristics of the high speed shears, explains the entire organization as well as the principle and narrates the design process of shearing mechanism in detail. It completes a shearing mechanism of high efficiency; simple structure, reliable performs, and, simultaneously, carries the transporting feeds system of fixed time, fixed distance and the control structure of high-quality goods structure on the analysis. The bar stocks are cutted and laid-off using the new methods of high speed cutting combined with crack technology. The design possesses the characteristics of high efficiency, reliable operation, low energy consumption, simple structure, easily controlled and so on, and can be applied in the actual production widely.
The Unigraphics NX is of a three dimensional software being used quite widespread at the present stage. Not only does it have formidable plat module function of the solid modeling, the surface modeling, the hypothesized assembly and the production engineering, but also can carry on the finite element analysis, dynamics analysis and the simulation in the design process, which enhances the reliability of the design.
The narration is not very comprehensive and concrete, and unavoidably, has some mistakes owing to the limitation of time and designer's knowledge and technical level. Say thanks to these fellow teachers for their criticisms and pointing out mistakes.
