摘  要

 商业健身俱乐部是从市场市场经济中发展起来的现代服务业企业,只有了解和把握其固有的经济规律,按照市场的运作模式去经营发展它,才能立于不败之地。研究商业健身俱乐部的营销理论和管理理论,已经受到所有健身俱乐部经营管理者的关注。学习,借鉴和运用现代化的商业理念,管理方法和经营方式,去经营和发展健身俱乐部,这已经是大家在实践中取得的共识,近几年我国健身大会引进了大量国外的健身俱乐部营销专家来讲学就是很好的例证。这需要进行多方面的工作,当前急需解决的一个问题是,加强商业健身俱乐部营销和经营理论方面的专业研究,加快培养和引进相关的专业人才,总结和提出适合中国实际的理念,方式和方法,并用来培养和提高这一产业的从业人员。
对郑州市商业健身俱乐部的消费者行为进行研究,主要目的是对商业健身俱乐部消费者行为理论和实践进行深入细致的研究,能够找出带有商业健身俱乐部自身特点的消费者行为特征,为商业健身俱乐部的经营和营销提供一定的带有指导性的意见和策略,为体育产业的蓬勃发展尽一点微薄之力,使郑州市的健身行业能够更快更好地赶上时代发展的潮流,为全民健身计划的执行提供坚实的理论基础。
