南阳油田石油开采面临的环境问题研究

摘要
随着生活水平的不断提高，人们对环境的要求越来越高，同时也越来越意识到人与自然和谐发展的重要性，因此环境保护越来越受到人们的关注。南阳油田石油开采面临的环境问题研究，对于提高南阳的环境质量和南阳人民的生活质量具有十分重要的意义。
本文从南阳油田的开采现状入手，对石油开采过程中引起的环境问题进行分析，总结出其存在的问题，并找出问题产生的原因，结合相关知识，提出了保护环境的措施：社会和经济平衡发展，自然资源利用与保护并重；经济建设与环境保护发生冲突时，依照法律，采用民主的方式解决；在进行工程建设和生产时，应将开发利用经济资源、保护自然资源并重的理念贯穿始终；政府应进一步加强、完善和改善立法和执法，结合当地发展实际，探索经济与环境的和谐发展之路。
