人民币汇率升值对我国对外贸易的影响

摘要：1978年改革开放以来，我国经济和对外贸易得到了快速、健康、持续的发展，由于常年的对外贸易顺差，我国积累了过高的外汇储备，2010年9月份我国外汇储备达到了2.39万亿美元，成为全球第一外汇储备国。外汇储备没有或不足不行，但也不是越多越好。由于高额的外汇储备和连年的贸易顺差，很多国家和地区频频向中国施压，要求人民币升值。人民币面临着前所未有的升值压力，人民币汇率问题已成为中国近几年来经济发展的焦点问题。在简要分析人民币升值的背景、原因和实质的基础上，重点论述人民币升值对我国对外贸易的正反面影响，进而就人民币升值，提出一些趋利避害的措施，以促进我国对外贸易的健康发展。

The Influence of RMB Exchange Rate on China's Foreign Trade
 
Abstract：Reform and opening since 1978, China's economic and foreign trade has been rapid, healthy and sustainable development, as in the trade of our accumulated surplus of foreign exchange reserves in September ，and by 2010 china's foreign exchange reserves reached 2.39 trillion U.S. dollars , becoming the first foreign exchange reserves. There is no shortage of foreign exchange reserves or not, but it is not the more the better. As the high foreign reserves and trade surpluses year after year, many countries and regions put pressure on China frequently to revalue its currency. Appreciation of the RMB is facing unprecedented pressure on the RMB exchange rate，which has become the focus of economic development in recent years. This article analyzes the background of RMB appreciation, cause and substantial basis, focuses on RMB appreciation on China's foreign trade positive and negative effects, then making some profit and avoid loss of measures to promote the healthy development of China's foreign trade .
