国外饭店集团发展模式的分析与启示

摘  要
饭店业是我国最现代化最国际化的产业之一，从发展之初就开始引进国外饭店企业的发展模式和先进的管理经验，在经过30多年的发展之后，虽然为我国饭店业的发展带来了后发优势，在规模与效益方面取得了可喜的成绩，但与世界著名饭店集团相比，仍然存在着很大的差距。学习和借鉴国外知名饭店集团的成功经营管理经验，选择适合自己的发展模式，对于引导我国饭店集团健康、有序快速的发展有着重大的意义。本文就是基于这一背景而做，简单介绍了饭店集团及饭店发展模式的内涵及特点；对国外饭店集团的五种发展模式诸如直营连锁、租赁经营、特许经营、管理合同和战略联盟进行了理论与案例相结合的论述，并且对这五种模式的优缺点做了简要的对比分析；然后，分析了中国本土饭店业发展的现状与存在的问题，并在诸如本土饭店知名品牌少、集团化不明显、运营模式以管理合同为主等问题的基础上提出了中国饭店业发展的几点建议。

     ABSTRACT
  The hotel industry is the one of the most modernized and internationalized industries in China.From the beginning,it used the growth models and advanced experience of foreign hotel enterprises management for reference.Our country hotel group have developed for 20 years, although this brought the backward advantages for the development of China's hotel industry, we have made gratifying achievements in scale and efficiency.However, compared with world-renowned hotel group, there are still significant gaps.And learning and referencing the success management experience of well-known international hotel groups and hoe to choose suitable growth models by use of advanced experience abroad for reference is of great significance to guide China's Hotel Group have a rapid ,healthy and orderly development.This paper briefly describes the meaning and characteristics of the Hotel Group development models.And this five models are ownership,leasing,franchising, management contract and strategic alliance.The author discourses on foreign hotel group's five development models combining theory and case,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the five modes.Then,the China local hotel industry's status and characteristics are analyzed.And the last of all,the author gives a few suggestions of the Chinese hotel industry on this basis.
