基于Web开发技术的项目信息管理系统的设计与实现


摘要
随着业务的发展,企业单位的项目不断增加,传统的文件信息不便分类、查阅和管理,以致于管理者的工作量日益增加,同时由于以往手工操作的繁琐和效率的低下,管理者急需一个便于他们对项目信息进行有效管理的系统,实现办公管理的自动化,以减少工作量,节约办公成本,提高工作的效率,提升业务水平,获得最大效益。
本文结合华南师范大学南海校区后勤办的在项目信息管理的实际工作情况,借助日益成熟的Web开发技术,采用MVC设计模式,针对后勤办日益渐增的项目,开发出一个基于Struts + Hibernate 的轻量级的J2EE多层体系架构的项目信息管理系统,通过Internet对项目信息进行分布式的管理,实现后勤办项目管理的信息化。
本文首先阐述了系统研究背景,就后勤办在项目信息管理的实际工作情况进行了研究,分析了所构建系统的自身特点。接着论述了基于J2EE技术的开源框架Struts和Hibernate的技术特点,提出了系统的总体架构图,分析了系统的主要功能,最后就本文所述的关键技术实现系统。
在系统开发的过程中,采用基于UML的面向对象技术对项目信息管理系统的需求、分析和设计进行建模,使用Rational Rose 2003工具完成了系统的用例图、类图、顺序图、活动图,为系统建立了静态和动态模型。通过对系统的需求进行分析,阐述了系统构建的原则及目标,描述了系统的功能模型、架构模型以及数据库的规范设计。该系统具有较高的效率、使用方便,并具有良好的可扩展性、实用性和可维护性。

ABSTRACT
With the business development, companys’ projects increase. And inconvenient classification, search and management of the traditional document result in managers’s workload increasing. And at the same time, because manual operate is tedious and its efficiency is low, managers is in urgent need of a system to facilitate the effective management of projects information and the implementation of office management automation, to reduce the workload of the office, save costs, improve work efficiency and the operational level, and obtain maximum benefit.
According to the actual working circumstance of the project information management run by Logistical Management Office of NanHai campus of South China Normal University, and with the increasingly sophisticated Web development technologies, this article adopts MVC design pattern, in view of the increasing projects, to develop a project information management system of lightweight J2EE multi-layer system architecture which is on base of Struts + Hibernate. Project information is in distributed management through the Internet, realizing the information technology of project management of Logistics Management Office.
In the article, I first elaborate the background of the systematic research, and on the working circumstance of the project information management of Logistics Management Office, I carry out studies and analyze the characteristics of the system that I have built. Then I discuss the open source framework Struts and Hibernate technical characteristics which based on J2EE technology, build an overall architecture diagram of the system, and analyze its main functions. Finally the system is built up with the key technologies discussed in the article.
In the development of the system, I use UML-based object-oriented technology to establish models of the needs, analysis and design of the project management information system, and Rational Rose 2003 tools to complete its use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram, and set up the static and dynamic model for it. Through analysis of the system requirements, I elaborate the establishing principles and objectives of the system, describe its functional model and architecture model and the standard design of the database. With a high efficiency, the system is easy to use, and has good scalability, availability and maintainability.
