  税务筹划和企业管理紧密相关，是企业发民必须要考虑的重要因素之一。所谓的税务筹划活动，就是在税法的规定许可范围内，利用税法的优惠和各种税的差异，对企业的经营、投资、理财等活动事先进行筹划与安排，从而取得节约税收成本的活动，最终提高企业的整体收益。本文将从企业的筹资、投资、生产经营和利润分配环节探讨税务筹划在财务管理中的应用，并针对税务筹划在工作中存在的问题提出建议。
