中职会计实训课程的现状及思考

摘要

中职会计作为一门实践性、操作性很强的学科,它要求学生既要掌握必要的理论知识，也要具备较强实践能力,因此会计实训是教学重点之一。本文从会计实训现状出发,分析了开展会计实训课程的重要性和传统会计实训课程中存在的教材与实用脱节、教学组织不当、教学角色错位，教学方法因循守旧、考核缺少对学生发展的全面评价及学生自我评价的主要问题,通过描述性研究方法探讨了不断完善会计实训课程,为提高学生的职业技能提出了会计实训教材及时更新、教学过程中采用现代化多媒体教学手段及不断更新教学方法、考核内容多元化、学生自评、互评、师评三者相结合的设想。
