非正式组织在企业中的影响及对其进行有效管理的策略


摘要


在梅奥领导的霍桑实验的基础上,研究人员进一步在全公司范围内进行访问和调查,参与此次访问和调查的员工达2万多人次。结果发现,影响生产力的最重要因素不是待遇和工作环境,而是在工作中发展起来的人际关系。基于此,了解到非正式组织对于企业追逐的效率有至关重要的作用,本文谨从非正式组织形成的原因,其所具有的特性,对企业的作用和企业的管理者应该如何正确对企业内部存在的非正式组织进行管理、控制。

ABSTRACT


On the basis of the Mayo-led Hawthorne experiments, the researchers further access and investigate a company-wide to participate in the visit and survey staff of more than 20,000 people.
