技术创新与企业核心竞争力关联探析——以中小企业为例

摘  要

后金融危机时代，国际金融危机催生的新一轮世界科技革命和产业调整正在加快，企业为寻求进一步发展，对技术创新提出了更加迫切的需求。20世纪90年代以来，中国经济进入了持续增长的良性发展时期，从产业组织结构的角度来看，推动这一经济增长的主角并不是传统意义上的国有大企业，而是包括乡镇企业在内的中小企业，对于推动中国的改革开放进程及中国的经济发展发挥了重大作用。面对机遇和挑战，依靠技术创新提升市场核心竞争力是企业可持续发展的必由之路，对新时期企业技术创新动力的研究也具有重要的现实意义。本论文的研究目的是深入了解技术创新理论与中小企业的核心竞争力问题，从我国中小企业发展的现状出发,剖析了金融危机背景下中小企业科技创新对于企业核心竞争力的现实意义,从技术创新与企业核心竞争力的关联度深入并提出中小企业基于技术创新提升企业核心竞争力的有效建议。

ABSTRACT

After the financial crisis Era, the international financial crisis has a new round of world science and technology revolution and industrial adjustment is speeding up, the enterprise to seek for the further development of technology innovation puts forward more pressing needs.Since the 1990 s, China's economy has entered a growing benign development period, from the point of view of industrial organization structure, promote the economic growth of the leading role and not in the traditional sense state-owned enterprise, but including town enterprise, the small and medium-sized enterprises, to promote China's process of opening up and economic development of China played a major role.Facing opportunities and challenges, rely on technological innovation promoting the market core competitive ability is the only way of sustainable development of enterprise, to the new time enterprise technology innovation research also has the important practical significance.This paper aimed to further understand the technology innovation theory and small and medium-sized enterprise core competitiveness problems, from our small and medium-sized enterprise development situation, analyzes the financial crisis under the background of the small and medium-sized enterprise technology innovation for enterprise core competitive ability of practical significance, from technical innovation and enterprise core competitive relational deeply and put forward some effective suggestions based on technology innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises .
