秦观策论初探

摘 要：秦观的策论展示了他治国的策略和远大抱负，论述了国家政治、经济、法律、军事、人才等一系列重大问题。其策论从现实国情出发，对国家大政的方方面面进行了深入分析，提出了应对的策略，体现了秦观博学而深思的特点。本文拟从人才、经济、军事、法律等几个方面对秦观的策论作出初步探索。

Game theory of Qin Guan
 
Abstract：Qin Guan’ essays on national politics,  economy, law, military affairs and talents showed his strategy of governing the country and lofty aspirations. He connected China's actual conditions to essays and analyzed national policies thoroughly , so many strategies were put forward and written in the essays which embodied his highly erudite characteristics. This paper analyzed Qin Guan’ essays from the aspects of economy,  law, military affairs and talents.
