我国国有企业资本结构优化问题探讨

摘  要

国有企业依然是我国国民经济的重要支柱，尤其是大中型国有企业对于稳定和发展国民经济中具有举足轻重的作用，是我国现代化建设的主要依靠。长期以来，由于受旧的经济体制的影响，我国国有企业在资本结构方面严重存在着不合理的现象，这给我国国有企业的改革与发展带来了重大挑战。国有企业的资本结构是否合理，将影响到企业资本控制的完善，决定着国有企业的前途，关系着我国经济体制改革的成败。因此，优化国有企业的资本结构，减轻企业的过高债务，加快国有企业现代化改制步伐，已经成为我国国企改革必须重视并解决的重要课题。本文通过对我国国有企业资本结构存在的问题及形成原因进行分析，揭示了优化国企资本结构应考虑的因素，提出了优化国企资本结构具体的措施与建议。

Abstract

State-owned enterprises remain important pillars of our national economy, especially in large and medium state-owned enterprises for stability and development plays an important role in the national economy is mainly depend on China's modernization. For a long time, due to the impact of the old economic system, China's state-owned enterprises in the capital structure of the existence of inappropriate behavior seriously, giving the state-owned enterprise reform and development has brought major challenges. The capital structure of state-owned enterprises is reasonable, will affect the company's improved capital controls, determine the future of state-owned enterprises, relations with the success of economic reform in China. Therefore, optimizing the capital structure of state-owned enterprises, reduce the company's high debt, accelerate the pace of restructuring state-owned enterprise modernization, has become China's state-owned enterprises must pay attention to and address the important issue. Based on the capital structure of China's state-owned enterprises and causes problems in the analysis, revealed the optimal capital structure of state-owned enterprises should be taken into account, an optimized capital structure of state-owned enterprises specific measures and suggestions.
