统计技术在华晨汽车发动机厂质量管理中的应用研究


摘要
随着世界经济的高速发展和工业竞争日益激烈,质量作为企业赖以生存和发展的保证,许多企业不可避免地遇到了产品质量和质量管理水平两方面的挑战。
现今,已经进入了全面质量管理阶段,在全面质量管理体系中,不使用统计技术,质量体系就不会有效运行,更无法提高产品质量。2000版ISO9000族标准也明确将“统计技术”提升为质量管理体系的“基础”。而且通过大量的实践证明,统计技术是一种投资少,见效快,简便易行的深化企业质量管理的方法,符合工业工程专业最优化的理念,可以为企业以后的质量管理工作提供指导与参考,是质量管理工作的重要组成部分。
本文通过对影响华晨车发动机企业所生产的SY492A型发动机质量波动因素的剖析,利用统计技术方法进行原因分析,寻求对策,同时通过统计方法所得出结果,为后续此型号发动机生产过程中的质量管理工作提出参考和指导性意见。

With the rapid development of economic and industrial increasingly fierce competition, the quality as the enterprise survival and the development of guarantee, many enterprises inevitably encounter the product quality and quality management level two challenges.
Nowadays, has entered the total quality management level, in total quality management system, not using statistical techniques, the quality system is not effective operation, more can't improve product quality. 2000 version of the standard of ISO9000 family also clearly will be "the statistical technology" promoted to the quality management system "base". And through a lot of practice has proved, statistical technology is a kind of less investment, quick effect, the easy deepening enterprise quality management method, meet industrial engineering optimization idea, can for enterprise quality management after provide guidance and reference, the work of quality management is an important part.
This article through to influence brilliance engine enterprise by the production of type SY492A engine quality fluctuation of factors analysis, the use of statistical methods for technology reason analysis, seek countermeasures, and at the same time through statistical method from the results of continuing this type engine production in the process of quality management of the reference and puts forward opinions.
