汽车线束装配线平衡的改进


摘  要
工业工程是为了排除工作中的不经济、不均衡和不合理现象,被广泛的应用于生产制造领域中,因为这些领域的组装作业大都是流程作业。
装配线平衡的改进对于企业提高综合竞争力有着十分重要的意义。一般说来装配线平衡的改进能够改进作业方法和秩序消除工位瓶颈提高作业效率;加快物流速度减少生产周期;同时它还能稳定产品质量提升员工的工作士气。
本文通过分析天津日拓高科技有限公司装配线的现状,找出装配线出现的问题结合装配线平衡的相关知识利用时间测定得到的数据找到装配线的“瓶颈”工位。依据装配线平衡改进的方法对“瓶颈”工位进行改进。

ABSTRACT
Industrial Engineering is in order to exclude the non-economic imbalances and irrational phenomenon; it is widely used in manufacturing areas, for these are mostly assembly line work flow operations.
Balancing and improve the production line, have great significance for enterprises to improve the overall competitiveness. In general, improving and balancing of production line can improve working way and order, eliminate the bottleneck station, improve operating efficiency; speed up the logistics speed and reduce the production cycle; at the same time, it also stabilize product quality, enhance staff morale.
This paper analyzes line situation of Tianjin Ritual Instrumentation Company, identifying problems in the assembly line, connecting the relevant knowledge with the data obtained by measuring the time to find the assembly line of the "bottleneck" process. Improving "bottleneck" process based on balanced improvement of production methods.
