部分全国性股份制商业银行竞争力分析

摘  要：本文通过分析比较深圳发展银行、浦发银行、民生银行、招商银行、华夏银行这5家上市股份制商业银行的2009年半年度报表揭露的数据，从经营规模、发展潜力、资产质量、流动性、盈利状况、经营效率等方面进行分析比较，并提出国内外金融形势及各种不确定因素，股份制商业银行必须关注的几个问题。

Analysis Of Joint-stock Commercial Banks Competitiveness

Abstract: By analyzing and comparing the Shenzhen Development Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Minsheng Bank, China Merchants Bank, Huaxia Bank listed on this five joint-stock commercial bank semi-annual report for 2009 , we propose a variety of domestic and international financial situation and the uncertainties and several issues which Joint-stock commercial banks must focus on,from from the scale of operation, development potential, asset quality, liquidity, profitability, operating efficiency, etc.
