浅谈中小企业融资的若干问题及对策

摘　要：中小企业作为中国经济结构的重要组成部分，在促进就业增长、科技进步、出口和经济增长中发挥着重要作用。但近些年来由于企业竞争的激烈，使许多企业面临较大的困难。影响和制约中小企业进一步发展的因素很多，其中主要的就是中小企业融资难的问题，我们必须解决这些问题，多给中小企业融资创造条件，促使它们在未来发挥更重要的作用。本文在现有研究的基础上，分析了我国中小企业融资难的现状，从内部和外部分析导致中小企业融资难的原因，并从政府、企业及金融机构等多方面提出解决中小企业融资难的相应建议和对策。

 The Reserch in Financing Problem and Countermeasure of Chinese Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
 
Abstract：As an important part of the economic structure, the small and medium-sized enterprises in China play an important role in promoting employment growth, progress of science and technology, export and economic growth. But in recent years because of the fierce competition of enterprises, enterprises are facing many difficulties. The father development of SMES are influenced and restricted by many factors, of which the main problem is the financing of SMES. We must solve these problems, and create more conditions for the mall and medium-sized enterprises, prompting them playing a more important role in the future. On the basis of the existing research this paper analysis’s the present situation of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises, to analysis the reason from internal and external which cause the difficulties of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. And from the government, enterprises , financial institutions and other aspects give suggestions and countermeasures in solving the difficulties for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.
