上汽集团融资偏好的成因及改进对策

摘　要：融资即是一个企业的资金筹集的行为与过程。企业做好融资决策，获得稳定的资金来源，以及及时足额的资金，对企业的经营和发展都是至关重要的。我国上市公司普遍存在股权融资的偏好，这种融资偏好对公司资本使用效率、公司成长和公司治理及投资者利益等方面都存在着不利影响。本文根据上海汽车工业（集团）总公司融资的现状，分析融资偏好的成因，在这基础上提出相应的改进对策和建议。

Causes And Countermeasures Of The SAIC’s Financing Preference

Abstract：Financing is a fund-raising behavior and process. A good financing decision can bring the enterprise a stable source of funding, as well as full and timely funding. It’s key to the managemengt and developmennt of the enterprise. The listed companies in China have the equity financing preference. This financing preference on the efficient use of company capital, the company's growth and corporate governance and investors' interests are adversely affected. According to the current financing situation of SAIC, this pape analyzes the causes of the financing preference . Then it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
