企业财务风险内容及其管理探析

内 容 摘 要

市场经济条件下，企业追求高收益必然要面临风险，财务风险的产生存在多方面原因。例如企业财务管理人员风险意识淡薄，资产结构中债务比例过高，财务决策失误，企业的资产流动性弱，企业内部财务关系不明，企业的财务决策失误导致企业经营管理不善等原因。虽然企业的财务风险不能够完全规避，但也是可以控制的。企业应以全面和准确的财务风险认知为基础进行财务风险管理。如建立合理的资本结构，建立财务风险预警机制，利用实时信息系统进行财务监控，实行全员风险管理，提高财务决策的科学化水平，加强资金管理等。企业要想掌控好财务风险就应该有效的运用这些管理措施，最终实现预期的财务目标。
