工业企业成本控制对策探析

企业是以盈利为目的社会团体，追求的是经济利润最大化，开展各项活动的最终目标是实现企业价值最大化，进行成本控制是实现这一目标的重要手段。工业企业成本控制的目的是为了降低成本水平，从而取得更大的竞争优势，提高企业的盈利水平。基于以上考虑，本文立足于我国的工业企业，着眼于生产成本在工业企业中的应用，通过对我国工业企业成本控制的现实情况进行分析，指出了工业企业在成本控制中存在的问题，针对这些问题提出了一些具有可行性的相关措施。

Cost Control Measures of industrial enterprises

Abstract

Business is for profit community groups, seeking to maximize economic profit, the activities undertaken to achieve the ultimate goal is to maximize corporate value, cost-control is an important means to achieve this goal. The purpose of cost control of industrial enterprises is to reduce the cost level, so as to achieve greater competitive advantage, improve profitability levels. Based on the above considerations, this paper, based on China's industrial enterprises, focusing on the production cost in industrial enterprises in the application, through cost control, China's industrial enterprises to analyze the reality that the industrial enterprises in the cost control problems, for these made a number of related measures is feasible.
