规范与发展中国民间金融的对策建议

内容摘要

随着经济市场化改革的推进，民间金融在我国的经济活动中已广泛存在，并获得迅速发展。一方面，民间金融对每个地方的经济贡献很大，我们应当肯定民间金融存在的客观必然性；另一方面，民间金融作为非正规的金融，存在着缺乏法律保护，金融监管制度不完善和运行风险高等问题。本文通过对民间金融存在的问题的探讨，进而阐述从制定法律法规到建立规范民间金融组织制度以及加强金融监管，支持农村小额信贷的发展，来规范与发展民间金融。

The  counter- measure  proposals  of  regulating and developing Chinese civil finance

Abstract

With the advancement of economical activities, Chinese civil finance have been widespread in China's economic activities, and gained rapid development. In one hand, We should be sure the civil financial objective  necessity , because of it has grate economical contributions to every field. In the other hand, as an informal one, there is no legal protection  , incomplete regulation, high risk and so on. So Based on the existence of civil financial problems in civil  finance , the article further articulates that we can regulate and develop the civil finance by those ways that creating proper regulation, constructing some formal economical system, strengthen the power of supervise and supporting the development of Rural micro-credit.
