资本项目开放与人民币汇率制度的选择

20世纪90年代以来，国际资本流动空前发展，要求各国实现资本项目开放，以降低国际贸易和国际投资的交易成本，最大限度地刺激各国经济增长。工业化国家几乎完全实现了资本项目开放，许多发展中国家也相继取消了对资本流动的各项管制。在国际资本自由流动的背景下，资本项目开放是一种必然趋势。本文从我国资本项目开放和人民币汇率制度的现状出发，就两者之间的关系进行了阐述，得出我国应采取有管理的浮动汇率制。

20 century 90's,international capital flow unprecedented development, request all countries realization the capital item open, since low international trade and international investment of trade cost, with maximum limit stimulate economy in all countries growth.Industrialization nation almost complete realization the capital item open, many developing country also successive cancel to capital flow of each item control.Under the background that international capital freedom flow, capital item's open be a kind of inevitable trend.This text open from the our country capital item with renminbi rate of exchange system of the present condition set out, both of relation carried on to elaborate, get our country should adopt to have management of floating rate of exchange system.
