浅析农民工就业问题

摘要
农民工就业问题普遍存在着，农民工问题的日益严峻有农民工自身素质的原因造成的，也有二元社会结构的限制、农民工的歧视观念、政府政策的不足，法制的不完善等外部客观因素造成的。农民工就业问题不仅是农民工本身的问题，也是一项涉及数亿人的民生问题，更是关系到社会稳定和整个中国经济发展的大问题,也是社会主义现代化建设过程中不容忽视的问题。因此，如何解决农民工问题，缓解社会矛盾，是提高农民收入和缓解贫富差距的有效途径，更是实现社会主义和谐社会的根本保证。

Abstract
