管理民主对新农村建设的影响分析--基于xx开发区农民视野的调查

摘要:农村社区化建设是发展农村基层民主，扩大农村自治范围，促进新农村建设,提高群众生产生活质量的成功实践和有益探索，也是解决当前“三农”问题的有效途径。而基层自治组织的建设更是农村社区化建设的关键之处，如何做到管理民主就成为了重中之重。通过对赣州市黄金开发区农民的实证调查，发现目前村级民主政治建设有待加强，农民对“民主”的理解程度较低，作为新农村建设的重要保证，管理民主需要在民主选举、民主决策、民主管理和民主监督等方面大力加强。

Abstract: Rural construction is changing the development of rural grassroots democracy, enlarge the scope of autonomy, and promote the new rural construction, improve the production quality of life and the successful practice of the useful exploration, is also solve the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" the effective way. And grassroots self-governing organizations construction is the key of construction of changing rural place, how to do democratic management become the most important. Through the development of Ganzhou city gold farmers empirical research, found that now the village-level democratic political construction needs to be strengthened, and the farmers to "democracy" of the understanding of the inferior, as an important guarantee of the construction of new countryside, democratic management needs to be in the democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management and democratic supervision strengthen.
