我国现任基金经理受教育程度和基金业绩关系研究
摘要：
本文为根据信号理论和人力资源理论，着眼于基金经理的受教育程度（主要是学历和经验）对基金业绩影响的重要性，通过分析我国当前基金经理市场现状及其对基金业绩的影响，以此为基础找出基金经理受教育程度与基金业绩之间存在的关系，力求探索出对基金业绩具有积极影响的优秀的基金经理应该具备的个人素质，从我国现任基金经理的现状分析，验证人力资本理论和信号理论，并由此为我国证券投资基金培养选拔出色的基金经理人才提供理论参考，促进我国证券投资基金迅速发展。

Abstract:
This is according to the signal theory and human resources theory, focusing on the importance of the impact on fund performance of the fund manager's level of education (mainly education and experience), by analyzing China's current market fund managers situation and its impact on fund performance impact, to identify the fund managers of education degree and the relationship that exists between the fund performance, and strive to explore the performance has a positive impact on the Fund's outstanding fund managers should possess the personal qualities, from our analysis of the current status of fund managers, verification of human capital theory and signal theory, and thus China's securities investment funds, fund manager of training and selection of excellent talent and provide a theoretical reference, to promote the rapid development of China's securities investment funds.
