摘要
ERP(企业资源计划)系统是当今世界企业经营与管理技术进步的代表。对企业来说,应用ERP的价值就在于通过系统的计划和控制等功能,结合企业的流程优化,有效的配置各项资源,以加快对市场的响应,降低成本,提高效率和效益,从而提升企业的竞争力。
本文主要以国有企业金川集团公司(以下简称金川公司)为例详细阐述ERP财务软件在供应链管理中的运用流程。在金川公司业务高速增长和国内外市场竞争日益加剧的今天,迫切需要提升企业的核心竞争力,公司的整体战略需要管理信息系统与国内外先进水平接轨,原有的管理信息系统已经成为公司发展的瓶颈。通过实施ERP系统,可以帮助公司在原有经营管理的基础上,深入挖掘企业内部资源和外部资源,为企业所用。同时,详细阐述相应的运用流程以及金川公司在未来改革发展中应着重注意的方面。笔者希望本文对金川公司ERP系统的分析,有助于它日后进一步发展,同时为国内同行业国企建立自己的竞争优势提供一般共性的参考。

The usage and thoughts of ERP financial software in supply chain management
——the Jin chuan group ltd as example
ABSTRACT
ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning)is a representative of company management and management technological progress in the world. For business, ERP has an application by function of system plan and control. Combine business optimization of company to allocate resources efficiently and accelerate market response. Improving company’s competition by costs down and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
This paper takes the example of Jin chuan group ltd to elaborate EPR financial software use in supply chain management. In a current market with competition being more and more aggravated and business continued rapid growth in Jin chuan group ltd. It urgently needs enhance company core competitiveness. Jin chuan group ltd whole strategy needs management information system catch up with the foreign advanced level. Original management information system has restricted the development. Putting the ERP system can help dig deeply the internal resource or external resources on the basis of original management. Meanwhile, elaborate the development of reform in the future. I hope it can help Jin chuan group ltd the further develops in the future by writing this paper to analysis ERP system.
