现金股利的发放与股价浮动的关系

摘要
随着我国经济的发展和股票市场的存在，许多上市公司为了融资筹资的需要，纷纷建立和完善健全的股利政策，其中包括发放现金股利。现金股利支付水平主要受前期股利支付额和当期盈利水平及其变化的影响。现金股利政策受到受到公司股票价格的影响。许多公司在发放现金股利需要考虑对保持或者提高股票价格的关注是决定现金股利政策的四个最重要的影响因素之一。现金股利的发放对公司的股票价格有着重要性的影响，通过多元回归分析计算得出它们之间的关系。

The relationship between the release of the cash dividend and  share price floating
ABSTRACT
With the development of our national economy and the stock market , in order to raise, financing many listed companies have set up and improve dividend policy, including releasing cash dividend . The dividend payments，the current profit and its changes influence cash    dividens.The share price of the company controls its cash dividends. Before giving out cash   dividends, lots companies have to care about the share price which is one of the courses. The  release of the cash dividend has an important influence to the price of the company's stock.
