惠佳贝食品有限公司内部控制问题研究

摘    要
随着市场经济日趋国际化与全球化的发展,企业经营环境与消费者需求也更加复杂多变。为了适应这种变化,为自己谋求更大的发展空间,企业纷纷在寻求提高自身竞争能力的措施,而建立和实施有效的内部控制则成为企业发展的必然。哈尔滨惠佳贝食品有限公司内部控制失效是导致经营风险发生的重要原因，因此企业防范经营风险必须加强内部控制。文章以内部控制为理论指导，结合企业内部控制现状，研究分析了哈尔滨惠佳贝食品有限公司内控薄弱造成的问题，如内部控制环境失效，风险意识薄弱，信息沟通不畅，缺乏内部监督等问题。并针对问题提出了相应的解决对策，如创造良好的内部控制环境，强化风险意识，优良的信息管理，强化内部监督制度等，以其达到完善哈尔滨惠佳贝食品有限公司内部控制的目的。

Abstract
Along with market economy becoming more internationalization and the development of globalization, the enterprise business environment and consumer demand is also more complicated and changeable. In order to adapt to the change, seek the larger development space, enterprises have sought to improve their competitive ability of measures, and establish and implement the effective internal control is a enterprise development. Harbin HuiJia bei food Co., LTD, internal control failure is the leading cause of the important reasons for the occurrence of a risk management, therefore enterprise guard against operational risks must strengthen the internal control. Based on internal control theory guidance for, combining with the current situation of internal control in enterprises, the paper analyses the HuiJia bei food Co., LTD, the problem caused by weak internal control, such as internal control environment failure, weak awareness of risk, information communication, lack of internal supervision. And proposes the corresponding solution countermeasures, such as creating a good internal control environment, strengthen risk awareness, excellent information management, strengthen internal supervision system, with its to perfect the Harbin HuiJia bei food Co., LTD, the purpose of the internal control.
