运腾物流有限公司配送成本控制策略

摘  要：宿迁市运腾物流有限公司是宿迁市较大的物流公司，年收益达100万左右。为了更多的获取利润，我们必须从物流的各环节进行成本控制。降低物流成本对提高利润和提升企业的核心竞争力有着不可或缺的作用。通过对物流成本的控制来发现物流系统中存在的问题和缺陷，进而对物流系统进行改善。文章不仅从车辆管理和货物管理两方面对公司的成本控制进行了论述，也对公司存在的中转费用高和货源的局限性进行了剖析和解答。

Abstract：Suqian yunteng logistics Co.,ltd is the largest logistics companies of Suqian, 100 million in revenue. In order to obtain more profits, we must from the logistics cost control. Reduce logistics costs to increase profits and promote enterprise's core competitiveness is indispensable. Through the control of the logistics cost of logistics system to find the existing problems and defects, and to improve logistics system. Article not only from the vehicle management and administration of goods two respects of cost control, also discusses the existence of company of high cost and source transfer limitations are analyzed and solutions.
