当代大学生自控能力培养研究

摘  要
控制能力是进行各种教育的前提，也是各种能力培养和发展的基础，更是时代对大学生素质的必然要求。在人生发展的关键时期——大学阶段，作为大学生人格发展中的一个重要的基本能力，控制能力尤其自我控制能力对大学生较好地认知自我、管理自我、提升自我并最终实现人生价值具有重要的基础性意义。但目前，大学生自我控制能力逐渐变弱已成为一个普遍存在的问题，这方面能力的培养也已成为了一个越来越受到人们高度重视的问题，因此这就要求现阶段的大学教育必须动员全社会的力量，加强和改进思想政治教育工作，帮助大学生从思想上树立起自控能力培养的意识，并在培养的过程中巩固、促进大学生自我控制能力的培养的成果。

Abstract
Control is the ability to conduct various kinds of education, but also a variety of training and development, it is the inevitable requirement of the times on the quality of College students.In the life of a critical period of development -- the university stage, as the development of students' personality is one of the important basic ability, control ability and self control ability on College Students' better cognition of self management self, self, and eventually realize the value of life has important significance.But at present, college students' self control ability gradually become weaker has become a widespread problem, this ability has become a more and more attention to the problem, so it requires the present university education should arouse the force of whole society, strengthening and improving ideological and political education, help students from thought to establish self-control ability raise consciousness, and in the training process of consolidation, promoting students' self control ability training outcomes.
