[摘  要] 本文从信任本身出发,主要探讨信任的来源,对家族企业主与职业经理人之间的信任关系进行深层次的分析,提出在现代企业规模不断扩大的过程中,传统的亲情文化、经营理念落后、激励与约束机制和考评机制不完善、家族企业外部法制不健全及职业经理人市场发展不完善是造成家族企业主与职业经理人信任缺失的深层原因,并且从培养私人信任体系的经理人、树立正确的经营理念和特色的价值观念、完善的激励和约束机制等方面提出了解决家族企业主与职业经理人信任问题的对策建议。

Research on the Trust Relationship between the owners and Professional Managers in Family Business
 
Abstract: From the trust itself, this article mainly tells the source of trust. After a more in-depth analysis of trust relationship form the owners and professional managers in family business, this passage tells the traditional kinship cultural, motivating and restraining mechanisms and evaluation mechanisms to be improved, professional managers market not developed is the depth result of the family business and professional managers trust lost in the process of scale. Developing managers under private trust systems, establishing the correct principle of management and the values and improving an incentive and restraining mechanism are solution to the trust problem of owners and professional managers.
