论企业如何降低资金成本

摘  要
近年来，一些企业由于资金成本高，出现停产和半停产状态。本文分析了企业资金成本高的原因。探讨了降低资金成本的途径。要强化资金时间价值观念。争取时间，实现资金效能的最大化。要广纳信息、筛选信息，为降低资金成本服务。经营者要善于学习别人成功的经验，善于倾听各方面的意见。采取一切措施，降低资金成本。而且在社会主义市场经济条件下，企业生产经营的目的是为了获得良好的经济效益和不断提高企业整体素质，在谋求良好经济效益的过程中，加强成本管理控制，不断降低产品成本是重要的方法和手段。 成本的经济实质决定了成本在经济管理工作中具有十分重要的作用,降低成本对企业的经营效益至关重要。本文主要对企业降低成本的途径进行探讨。
