论产业集群内中小企业融资的优势，问题及对策
摘 要
近年来，产业集群作为一种新型的产业空间组织形式,具有较强的竞争优势和经济活力。中小企业对我国经济发展的重要作用，使中小企业融资难的问题为人们所关注。目前,中小企业产业集群已成为发展区域经济的重要产业组织形式,中小企业的融资问题更是为人们所关注，以陕西省西安市泾渭工业园为例子，调研和统计分析表明,产业集群内中小企业仍存在融资难的问题，这制约着中小企业的发展和我国经济的和谐。需要从政府政策支持、融资渠道的拓展、金融机构的创新、担保体系的完善等几个方面进行努力。

Abstract
I In recent years, the industrial cluster as a new industrial spatial organization form, have stronger competitive advantages and economic vitality. Small and medium-sized enterprises to our country economy development the important effect make smes' financing difficult problem for people concern. At present, the small and medium-sized enterprises industry cluster has become the important industrial development of regional economic organization form, the sme financing problems but also for people concern, with shanxi province xi an entirely different industrial park for the example, investigation and statistical analysis shows that industrial clusters of small businesses still exist in the difficulty of financing problems, which restricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and China's economic harmony. Need from government policy support, the financing channels of the development, the innovation of financial organizations, guarantee system consummation and so on several aspects of effort.
