保险业社会贡献度指标体系研究
摘要：保险从诞生到现在，已经成为现代经济社会风险管理的重要手段，成为现代金融体系和社会保障体系的重要组成部分，成为政府提高管理效能的重要市场化机制。三十多年来，我国保费收入不断增长，保险深度和保险密度都有大幅度提高，保险市场制度建设和保险主体不断完善，保险业及相关配套产业蓬勃发展。本文主要探讨保险业发展与经济社会发展的相互联系，研究保险业在经济社会中所具有的功能和产生的影响，以系统性、科学性、全面性和可操作性为原则，以经济补偿功能指标、资金融通功能指标、对经济增长的贡献指标、对社会就业的贡献指标、保险业规模效率和保险业稳定度等具体指标建立一个完善的指标体系，研究保险业社会贡献度的量化衡量系统，为更好的评价保险业提供理论依据。

The Research on the Degree of Insurance Industry’ Contribution to Society Index System
ABSTRACT：From birth to now, insurance has become an important tool of modern economic social risk management, an important part of modern financial system and social security system, an important market mechanism to improve management efficiency of the government. Over the past thirty years, China's premium income growth, depth and density of insurance has increased greatly, the insurance market system construction and the main insurance is ceaseless and perfect, insurance industry and related industries are developed quickly. This paper mainly discusses the linkages of the development of the insurance industry and the economic and social development, studies the impact and functions of the insurance industry in the economic and social development, with the principle of systematic, scientific, comprehensive and operability to establish a comprehensive index system with economic compensation function index、financial intermediation function index、contribution index to economic growth、contribution index to community employment、scale efficiency of insurance industry、steadiness of insurance industry and others to quantify the insurance industry's social contribution, providing a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the insurance industry.
