企业发展动因探讨

摘  要

企业发展的动因有很多，国内外的学者对此多有编著，本文结合时代发展的背景，在众多的动因中主要讨论其中三个，即：企业创新、企业文化、企业组织。其中，企业创新是企业发展的不竭动力，是科学发明、技术创新、管理创新、企业家精神和市场需求等诸要素结合的产物，创新成功还受到一定的社会、政治和经济环境的影响；企业文化的核心是以人为本的价值观，成功的企业文化，能够为企业树立一整套良好的生产、经营和管理的理念和原则，能够减少企业的沟通障碍，减少制度推行的阻力，从而降低企业的管理成本，能够以文化形成企业不可模仿的核心竞争力；企业组织是静态结构及权力划分的统一，其结构的设计要充分考虑企业的内外部环境，以谋求企业内外部资源的优化配置。在论文中，笔者对这三个动因分别进行讨论，证明三者都对企业发展产生重大影响。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise development's agent has many, the domestic and foreign scholars have regarding this write, this article unifies the time development the background, in numerous agent three, namely: The enterprise innovation, the enterprise culture, the enterprise organize. And, the enterprise innovation is the enterprise development drainless power, is the science invention, the technological innovation, the management innovation, the entrepreneurial spirit and the market demand and so on various essential factor union product, innovates successful also receives certain social, political and the economic environment influence. Enterprise culture's core is the humanist values, the success enterprise culture, can set up the one whole set good production, the management and the management idea and the principle for the enterprise; Can reduce enterprise's communication barrier, reduces system carrying out the resistance, thus reduces enterprise's managed cost; Can form the core competitiveness which by the culture the enterprise cannot be imitated. The enterprise organization is the static structure and the authority division unification, its essence is the special interpersonal relationship, the enterprise organizational structure design must consider the internal and external environment fully, causes the enterprise organizational structure to adapt the external environment, seeks the enterprise internal and external resources the optimized disposition. Although three between have overlapping, but has the stress respectively, has the major impact on the enterprise development.
