目前教师语言暴力的使用已成为一个普遍的现象,这背后渗透着教师的教育价值观念,体现了教师对职业的理解。本文通过对小学教师语言暴力使用现象的调查,从教师对语言暴力的认知情况、教师对“语言暴力”一词的敏感程度、教师语言暴力的主要类型、教师实施语言暴力的目的、教师语言暴力实施的效果情况、教师实施语言暴力的心理状态以及教师语言暴力产生的原因七个方面来对小学教师语言暴力的使用进行文化探因,给教师敲响警钟,使教师树立正确的教育观,养成良好的语言习惯,为学生创造一个健康的成长环境。

Nowadays teachers’using in violent language has become a common phenomenon, behind this permeated the educational values of teachers’ reflections on the understanding of professional teachers. In this artical, the author through investigation of violent language using for primary school teachers, from the teacher’s knowledge of violent language, teacher’s sensitivity to the “violent language”, the main types of teachers’ violent language, the purpose of the teachers’ violent language, the effection of teachers’violent language, teachers’ psychological state to the language of violence, as well as the causes of violent language. This artical was written by the seven aspects of primary school teachers in the use of violent language and the cultural exploration for the survey in order to sound the alarm for primary school teachers. It can help tachers to establish a correct outlook on education and to develop good language habits. All about these create a healthy environment for the growth of every student.
