浅析顾客价值及其提升途径


摘  要

顾客价值是基于顾客感知的相对价值,表示的是顾客的满意程度,是一个企业健康持续增长的内在驱动力。研究表明,除了优质的产品和服务外,成功企业无不将顾客价值作为公司重要的目标,作为企业健康发展的重要策略。顾客价值包含多方面内容如产品价值,人员价值,形象价值,服务价值等。顾客价值无法精确计算,但可以通过顾客感知。顾客价值的内在驱动力不断的创造了市场需求,不断地推动产业结构的变革。提升顾客价值日益成为企业重要的竞争手段和发展战略,成为企业立于不败之地的重要因素。提升顾客价值的途径有多种,其核心是围绕顾客满意,提供合适的产品,优质的服务,树立良好的公司形象。同时不断降低顾客购买产品或接受服务所付出的各种成本,努力的达到顾客的预期甚至超越顾客的预期。

ABSTRACT

The customer value is an opposite value that knows according to the customer feeling, what to mean is the satisfied degree of the customer, is the internality that a business enterprise increases continuously healthily to drive the dint. Study the enunciation, in addition to the product and services of the superior quality, succeed the business enterprise all is the target that the customer is worth to be the company importance, important strategy that the business enterprise develops healthily. The customer value includes the various contents, such as product value, personnel value, image value, the service is worth etc. The customer value can't accurate calculation, but can pass the customer feeling to know .The internality that customer be worth drove the dint to create the market need continuously, pushing the change of the industrial structure constantly. Promote the customer value to become the business enterprise important competition means and the development strategies increasingly, become business enterprise's sign in important factor of the invincible position. The path that promotes the customer value contain variety, its core is around the customer satisfaction, providing the fit product, the service of the superior quality, set up the good company image .Lower the customer to purchase the product or accept various cost of that service pay continuously at the same time, work hard of attain the expectation of the customer to even surmount the expectation of the customer.
