我国船舶融资租赁发展问题研究分析

船舶融资租赁有利于改善我国航运事业的发展，为航运事业融资难问题找到了出路。船舶融资租赁很有发展前景，相对于贷款购船很有优势，更易于融资，我国应该在这一行业大胆的发展创新。但是船舶融资租赁是一项复杂的经济活动，不仅投资额大，周期长，而且风险也大。我国船舶融资租赁存在很多问题，主要有：船舶融资租赁机构专业性比较差、船舶融资租赁公司缺乏长期稳定雄厚的资金、船舶融资租赁立法相对落后、船舶融资租赁风险大种类多等等。针对以上问题我国应该加强各机构和人员专业性、拓宽融资渠道、加强船舶融资租赁立法、防范金融风险，尤其是利率和汇率风险、政府加大鼓励扶植船舶融资租赁业务、实现船舶融资租赁产业链一体化发展。

The Research Analysis of Our Shipping Financing Lease
ABSTRACT

Ships in financing lease can improve the development of shipping career, and it found a way for shipping career in the difficulty of financing.Shipping financing lease is very promising, it have many advantages relative to loan.It can be more easy financing, our country should bold development innovation in this industry. But the vessel lease financing is a complex economic activities, not only investment is big, cycle is long, and the risks are big also. The financing lease of our country shipping has many problems, basically have: shipping lease financing institutions is poorer, ship professional lease financing company lack of long-term stability abundant capital, shipping financing lease legislation relatively backward, ship lease financing risk big variety, etc. In the view of the above questions our country should strengthen its agencies and personnel specialized, broaden the financing channels, to strengthen shipping financing lease legislation, preventing financial risks, especially interest rate and exchange rate risk, the government increased the encouragement foster ship lease financing business financing lease, realize the integration development industrial ships.
