供应链信息共享中的道德风险分析

摘  要

随着市场环境的变化和企业自身发展的需要，供应链管理思想应运而生。信息共享是供应链管理的关键，供应链企业通过信息共享，可以为顾客提供高效优质的服务并降低企业间的交易成本，有利于供应链管理目标的实现。但由于共享信息的不可自我实现性等原因，在信息共享实施过程中存在道德风险。
本文在深入分析供应链信息共享与道德风险内涵的基础上，通过对制造商-零售商这一二级供应链进行分析，论证了信息共享的价值；通过分析信息共享的实现过程，发现信息共享中存在道德风险问题；然后结合我国企业信息共享中道德风险的形成原因，提出了诸如提高管理水平、加快信用立法进程、加快信息化进程、建立激励监督机制、构建供应链合作伙伴关系等相应的解决对策，并重点阐述了对策中的构建供应链合作伙伴关系，旨在防止信息共享中道德风险的发生，提高信息共享水平，实现供应链企业间的共赢。

ABSTRACT

With the market environment changes and the needs of enterprises’ own development, supply chain management ideas have emerged. Information sharing is the key to supply chain management. Through information sharing, supply chain enterprises can provide customers with better service, as well as reduce transaction cost. Also, it is beneficial to the realization of supply chain management’s objectives. However, due to the reasons as sharing information can not be self-realized, moral hazard exists in the course of information sharing.
This paper elaborates the intension of supply chain information sharing and moral hazard in depth .Then by analyzing the manufacturer-retail, a two-echelon supply chain, this paper demonstrates the value of information sharing. By describing the course of information sharing, moral hazard is found. And then integrating the reasons of the moral hazard, this paper puts up some measures such as: upgrade the level of management, speed up the process of credit legislation, establish the encouraging and monitoring mechanisms, building supply chain partnership, and so on. This paper emphasize the measure of building supply chain partnership, to prevent the occurrence of moral hazard, to improve supply chain information sharing, and to achieve supply chain win-win.
