我国货币政策对股票市场影响的分析

随着股票市场的深化发展，以及居民所持有的金融资产数量和结构的变化，股票市场对我国经济的作用越来越大。自2006年以来随着我国经济的高速发展，股票市场也跟着迎来新一轮的变革，同时中央银行也相应出台了一系列货币政策，以整治经济过热及预防投资过热等等的经济问题。本文主要通过叙述利率和存款准备金率这两个目前中央银行最为常用的货币政策工具，分别从理论和实际上对我国股票市场的影响，通过当时股票市场的表现，笔者提出对此现象的看法和观点。

Abstract
With the change of the amount and structure of people’s capital, stock market plays a increasingly important role to the development of China. From 2006, the economy of China has developed dramatically and stock market also has changed a lot. Meanwhile, the central bank of China had adopted a series of monetary policies for securing sustainable growth. In this thesis, the author will introduce interest rate and required reserve ratio, the most common tool in monetary policies, and analyze its influence to stock marker in China. At the same time, the author tries to put forward some personal opinions and suggestions.
