商业银行个人金融业务的现状及发展对策

现代商业银行的业务越来越多种多样，而个人金融业务占银行的总业务量的比重也越来越大，对于银行的作用的越来越明显，因此，近年来无论是国际上的还是国内的商业银行在个人金融业务方面的创新越来越多，对于个人金融业务方面给予的关注也越来越多。国际上的个人金融业务的各方面的发展已经从最初的尝试和摸索，到目前的已经形成规模化、专业化，西方国家部分银行实现混业经营，在个人金融业务方面具有十分领先的优势，目前，发展个人金融业务是国有商业银行在加入世界贸易组织的新形势下适应市场经济发展、迎接外资银行挑战的需要，也是国有商业银行拓展金融市场和增加利润的需要，我国的商业银行虽然已经有开展个人金融业务，但是，就目前来看，我国的商业银行所开展的个人金融业务和国际上发达国家还存在差距，具有个人金融业务的风险管理机制的落后；个人金融市场分割，缺乏资源整合的一致性；营销与售后服务体系不健全；专业人员素质不高；理财品种不丰富这几个缺点，还需要进一步的改善和发展。

Abstract
With the business of modern commercial banks becoming more and more diverse, personal banking business takes up a greater proportion, whose contribution to the banks is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, in recent years, more and more energy has been devoted into innovation and more and more respect has been given to the area of personal financial services internationally and domestically. Internationally, the development of personal financial services has been promoted from initial trying and exploring to going to scale and specialization nowadays. Some of the banks in western countries have already carried out the mix-business management, which offers a great leading superior to their personal financial business. At present, developing personal financial business enables the state-owned commercial banks in China to not only adapt to the development of market economy and meet the challenges of foreign banks, but also expend the financial market and increase the profits. Personal financial business has also been carried out in the commercial banks in China, but for the time being, it is still inferior to the one carried out in those developed countries in the following respects which need improvements such as the unprogressive Risk Management Mechanism, the unsound Marketing and After-sales Service System, the low professional quality and the limited financing varieties.
