透视华为的团队管理

[摘 要] 随着经济的发展,公司面临的外部环境会不断地发生变化。传统的公司组织结构已经不能适应于快速变化的外部环境。团队,由于其灵活性、自主性和高效性,可以解决企业组织结构僵化的问题,因此被越来越多的企业采用。华为技术有限公司高效的团队运作模式和卓越的团队精神,极大提高了公司的市场竞争力,成为我国公司团队建设的一面旗帜,被越来越多的企业研究和学习。本文从基本的人力资源管理框架入手,分别从团队构建,团队成员的激励,团队成员培训和开发以及团队沟通方面,剖析华为团队管理成功和不足之处,从而为我国的其他企业在团队管理方面提供可以借鉴的地方。

The Dissection of Huawei Team Management
 
ABSTRACT: With economic development, the external environment of the company will continue to change.Traditional corporate organizational structure can not adapt to rapidly changing external environment. Teams, because of its flexibility, autonomy and efficiency, can solve the issue of rigid organizational structure, it is adopted by more and more enterprises. Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd's efficient mode of team operation , team spirit, greatly enhanced the company's market competitiveness, has become a banner of corporate team building, studied by more and more enterprises. In this paper, from the basic framework of human resources management starting, respectively, from team building, team motivation, team member training and development, and team communication, analyseHuawei's success on team management,so it guides the other companies when they manage their own team.
