摘要：本文以平安保险为例，研究电话车险市场的发展趋势及其现状。目前，我国保险业正处于大变革的前夕，保险公司将在竞争大潮中优胜劣汰，分化组合，保险业市场结构也正在重新“洗牌”并逐渐向着合理化方向演变。驱使这种变革的主要力量是：保险市场国际化和保险制度市场化，保险市场结构合理化，保险市场主体多元化，电话车险就是在车险市场改革下产生的衍生物。通过对平安电话车险业务的深入研究，了解电话车险的发展对我国保险行业所起到的积极和负面影响进行研究探讨，针对电话车险市场所存在的问题进行分析提出相信的意见和建议。
