浅析企业跨国并购的文化冲突问题

摘要:随着经济全球化步伐的日渐加快,企业之间的跨国并购也日显常见。不可否认,跨国并购在一定程度上壮大了企业的规模也促进了企业的发展,但跨国并购后的企业将不得不面临两原企业文化差异所产生的文化冲突。这是一种不可回避的客观现象,但文化冲突如得不到妥善处理,必定会使企业不能以积极的形象去迎接市场挑战,最终使企业的全球化战略陷入困境,导致跨国经营失败。因此如何在跨国并购中破除文化差异所带来的不利影响,是很值得关注的。

An Analytical Study of Culture Conflicts of Multinational Mergers&Acquisitions

Abstract: With the quick pace of economic globalization,the multinational mergers&acquisitions between the enterprises have become more and more common. Undeniably,the multinational mergers&acquisitions to some extent expand the scale of enterprises and promote the development of enterprises.However,the enterprises after multinational mergers&acquisitions will have to face the culture conflicts produced by the culture differences of the two original corporates.This is an unavoidable phenomenon. But if it is not treated properly, it will make enterprises can not positively meet the challenges of the market,which at last make the enterprises globalization strategy be in trouble and cause the failure of the multinational business.Therefore,we should pay much attention to the methods of eliminating the bad effects of cultural differences in the multinational mergers&acquisitions.
