跨国公司对中国经济的影响

摘要：改革开放以来，中国一跃成为世界经济强国中最具潜力的国家之一，总体生活水平达到小康社会。毫无疑问，跨国公司的作用不容忽视。
本文意在阐述，跨国公司对中国经济的影响。首先，从两个方面分析了中国经济现状，改革开放后的阶段（1979-2000）和进入世界贸易组织后的阶段（2001- present）。其次，是在华跨国公司的综述，中国吸收引进跨国公司的目标以及在华跨国公司的历史、发展、类型以及优势。最后，从几方面阐述外资公司对中国经济的影响，带来的经济增长，就业机会，转移来新的技术，以及跨国公司通过多种渠道进行竞争和兼并，导致大量产业被外资垄断，从而对中国经济造成影响。
本论文意在阐述，虽然在短期内跨国公司对中国经济带来了消极影响，却长期地为中国提高了生产力，有效促进了出口，并提供了进入国际贸易和出口的平台。

The Impact of Transnational Corporations on Chinese Economy

Abstract

Since the Opening-up Policy, China has become one of the world's major economic powers with the greatest potential, and the overall living standard has reached that of a fairly well-off society. Without doubt transnational corporations have made great contribution to China economy. 
This article aims to interpret the impact of transnational corporation on Chinese economy. Firstly, it analyses the status of Chinese economy through post- Opening-up Policy stage (1979 – 2000) and post-WTO stage (2001 – present). Secondly, a review of transnational corporation in China is put forward which focuses not only on the China’s goals in attracting and utilizing transnational corporations, but also the history, types, and advantages of transnational corporation in China. Thirdly, the impact of transnational corporation on China’s trade; economic growth; domestic economy; employment opportunities; technology transformation, etc.
This paper aims to expound although in a short term the impact of transnational corporation on Chinese economy is negative, but in long term it increase productivity and export growth in China and provide access to international trade and export platform.
