工业工程应用于现代医院管理的研究

摘要
工业工程是对有关人员、物资、设备、能源和信息等组成的整体系统进行设计、改造与实施的一门学科，它利用数学、物理和社会科学的专门知识和技能，并且应用工程分析、设计的原理与方法，对该系统可能获得的成果予以确定、预测和评价。本文运用工业工程的各种有效方法，对医院的就医流程进行重组，对医院设施布局进行重排，改善医院的病房的环境，提高医疗服务的质量，进而提高医院的医疗服务效率，提高病患者满意度，降低医疗成本，提高医院综合竞争力。

Industrial Engineering Research applied to Modern Hospital Management

ABSTRACT
Industrial Engineering is a discipline to design, reform and implement the overall system which is focus on people, materials, equipment, energy and information and other components, it uses mathematics, physics and social science expertise and skills, and uses application engineering analysis, design principles and methods to determine, forecast and assess the results obtained in this system. This paper uses some effective methods of Industrial Engineering to restructure the medical procedures and rearrange the facility layout of the hospital in order to improve the environment of the hospital wards and the quality of medical services. As a result, the efficiency of hospital medical services is improved, which makes patients more satisfied, at the same time the medical costs will be reduced and the competitive advantage will be improved.
