BD公司的质量改进研究

摘要
在全球竞争的时代，质量改进对提高企业的经济效益和市场竞争力，对于企业的生存与发展具有重要意义，我国许多中、小企业缺乏技术创新能力、资源浪费严重、安全事故不断，缺乏长久的生存和发展能力的重要原因是企业不能实施持续质量改进。
本文在根据质量改进的概念、意义等质量改进的基本理论，从BD公司存在的质量问题出发，根据现状对该企业的质量问题进行深入分析，指出不能实施质量改进及其存在的质量问题的的根本原因，进行过程控制，提出改进方案。质量改进必须遵循立项原则、经济效益原则、有组织改进与群众自发改进相结合的原则，需要将质量改进纳入到企业的经营计划当中，选择对提高企业竞争力和经济效益明显的质量改进项目，降低企业成本损失。
论文还研究了不同类型的改进的决策问题，评价质量改进的经济效果，降低质量改进的风险，提高质量改进的经济效益。

Research on quality improvement of BD Company

Abstract
In global competition's time, the quality improvement to raises the economic efficiency of enterprises and the market competitiveness, has the important meaning regarding enterprise's survival and development, many small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,they lack of technological innovation capability, the enterprise resources waste is serious, the safety incident is continuing. Lack of long-term survival and development of the capacity of the main reasons is that companies can not carry out the continuous quality improvement.
This thesis based on the concept of quality improvement、 meaning of quality improvement's elementary theories and so on, the quality question which exists from BD Corporation embarks, carries on the thorough analysis according to the present situation to this enterprise's quality question, pointed out cannot implement the quality improvement and the existence quality question the basic reason, Carries on the process control, proposes the improvement program. The quality improvement must follow the initiating a project principle, the economic efficiency principle, the organized improvement the principle which unifies with the populace spontaneous improvement, needs to integrate the quality improvement to enterprise's management plan, chooses to enhances the enterprise competitive power and the economic efficiency obvious quality improvement project, reduces the private costs loss.
The thesis has also studied the different type improvement policy-making question, the appraisal quality improvement economic effect, reduces the quality improvement the risk, enhances the quality improvement the economic efficiency.
