xx市旅游企业吸引人才对策研究

摘    要

旅游业作为新兴的产业，在经济发展中的地位日益重要。随着经济的发展，人们生活水平大大提高，旅游几乎已成为人们生活中的一个组成部份，旅游业也获得了前所未有的发展契机，这既是机会，又是挑战。江门市旅游业在国家和地方政府大力支持的背景之下，旅游开发力度不断加大，旅游人数和旅游收入不断增长，旅游产业对社会经济发展的贡献率不断提升。但是随着近年来江门市旅游业对人才的需求呈逐年上升的趋势，旅游人才的供给和需求之间存在着很大的矛盾。本文阐述了旅游人才的内涵，分析了江门市旅游企业人才流失的原因，在此基础上提出了江门市吸引人才的对策，希望本研究能够为江门市旅游企业更好地吸引人才提供一些参考。

Abstract
As a burgeoning industry，tourism play a more and more important role in the development of economy .With the development of economy，the standard of people’s living rise greatly. Tourism has almost become an integral part in people’s life. Also, it has got the chance of unprecedented development ，this is both opportunities and challenges. In the support of state and local government, jiangmen tourism is increasing continuously, the number of tourism and the income of it is increasing continuously. The contribution rate of tourism industry is rising continuously. However, in recent years, as the demand of talented person is rising year by year, there is a big contradiction between the supply of tourism talents and the demand of that. This paper expounds the connotation of tourism talents, analyzes the reasons of the loss of talents in jiangmen tourism enterprises. Based on this, this paper put forward the countermeasures of attracting talents, and hopes that it can provide some reference to jiangmen tourism enterprises to better attract talents.
